Coating Line Upgrade

• Provide upgraded Allen Bradley PLC and HMI control for replacement of loop controllers and scale controllers on the existing coating line. All analog signals handled through the new PLC 
• Specify and replace all existing instruments for syrup and drum operations for coating of the cereal.
• Wonderware HMI application with recipe management to SQL Database.

Cookers Line Controls

• Design all process controls for a bank of 10 steam cookers. All design based on PLC controls and new instrumentation.
• Modify the existing dry products delivery system to accommodate the new cooker automated cookers.
• Provide an HMI application with recipe management and SQL historical database for data to a PI system

Wort Flavor Production Upgrade

• Design a higher capacity Wort production system. Design and specify all required equipment modifications, replacements for the Wort production system, provide Allen Bradley PLC and HMI control for replacement of loop controllers and scale controllers on the existing coating line. All analog controls handled through the new PLC. 
• Specify and replace all existing instruments for syrup and drum operations for coating of the cereal.
• HMI application with recipe management and SQL database.
