Paintline System

Provided a turnkey solution to convert an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 paintline conveyor control system to a ControlLogix L73 system. This design includes the added capability to visualize line operational data in “Real Time” across a web interface for management access. TechComp rewrote the PLC logic using RSLogix 5000 software, adding additional equipment. and making necessary modifications to accept and manage physical line changes. TechComp added three CompactLogix processors to control oven operations as well as Modbus Ethernet interfaces into six (6) Honeywell temperature modules for visualization and control. New HMI touch screen operator consoles were added for paintline operations to provide real time information to operators on the factory floor. TechComp also provided a data collection system to track production, downtime, defects, and running codition. All the data is reported via web based reports.
